The Homer High School varsity hockey team wrapped up their season last Friday, Jan. 30. The Mariners fell 0-2 to the Kenai Central High School Kardinals in a home game at Kevin Bell Arena. The team finished 1-14 overall and 0-9 in conference play.

Homer also honored the team’s seniors — Ali Gall, Liam McDonald, Nico Erickson, Zane Barth and Clyde Clemens — on Friday during Senior Night.

Coaches did not respond to a request for comment by press time.
