Homer artist to show in Fairbanks, Valdez and Anchorage

Homer artist Deland Anderson will hold an exhibit of his work over the rest of the year in Fairbanks, Valdez and Anchorage. At 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 2, in conjunction with the Fairbanks Arts Association, Anderson holds an opening reception for his show, “Wild Rivers,” at the Bear Gallery in Fairbanks. “Wild Rivers” than shows from Sept. 20 to Jan. 5, 2020, at the Valdez Museum. A smaller version of the show will be at the University of Alaska Anchorage’s Arc Gallery from mid-January to mid-February 2020. The full show returns to Homer in March at Bunnell Street Arts Center.
