Firefighters and emergency medical technicians went to five medical calls and three fire calls.

Homer Volunteer Fire Department

Firefighters and emergency medical technicians went to 14 medical calls and one fire call.

Kachemak Emergency Services

Firefighters and emergency medical technicians went to four medical calls and one fire call.

Homer Police

July 28

The Homer Police responded to a bar for a driving under the influence investigation at 10:46 a.m. They arrested a 57-year-old Anchor Point woman for DUI and violating conditions of release. She was taken to the Homer Jail.

Mathew D. Avendano, 33, felony DUI, and driving with license canceled, revoked or suspended for a criminal offense, Homer.

Samantha K. Hayes, 30, driving under the influence, Anchor Point.

Siri E. Goulette, 45, domestic violence-related fourth-degree assault, Anchor Point.

Thomas E. Kammer, 49, third-degree escape and false information, Anchor Point.

Michael A. Reid, 51, resisting arrest and second-degree criminal trespass, Homer.

Pearl Y. Cady, 25, driving under the influence, Homer.

Josh Pettersen, 43, domestic violence-related violating conditions of release, Anchor Point.

Randy A. Hall, 42, violating conditions of release and two counts of unlawful contact, both domestic violence-related, Anchor Point.

Clifton T. Holmquist, 52, driving under the influence and refusing to submit to a chemical test, Homer.

Brittany B. Beach, 30, driving under the influence, Homer.
