Judgments

Charges dismissed by prosecution

Ericka L. Rossart, no age listed, driving under the influence, refusal to submit to a chemical test and leaving the scene of an accident.

Arthur H. Reynolds, second-degree criminal trespass. In two separate cases, one charge each of first-degree criminal trespass also dismissed.

Ella P. Rose, 21, unauthorized use of an access devise, fraudulent use of an access device, two counts of fourth-degree theft, and two counts of second-degree theft. One charge, fraudulent use of a stolen access device, was refiled.

Jeremy B. Ackerman, 33, first-degree vehicle theft.

Jazmine R. Gomez, 28, fifth-degree criminal mischief.

Clarence S. Hock, 29, fifth-degree criminal mischief and violating conditions of release. In a separate case, charges of driving with license canceled, revoked or suspended with a previous conviction and violating conditions of release were also dismissed.

Jeremy J. Schreiner, 37, fugitive from justice.

Kimberly F. White, 27, third-degree criminal mischief.

Daniel A. McDole, 58, driving with license canceled, revoked or suspended for a criminal offense.

Nathaniel K. Isaac, 26, second-degree criminal mischief.

Robert L. Scheetz Jr., 36, driving with license canceled, revoked or suspended with a previous conviction, no motor vehicle liability insurance, and improper use of registration, titles or plates.

William F. Abbott, 74, driving under the influence.

Charges dismissed, no probable cause

Kahlan M. Miroth, 21, second-degree criminal mischief.

Marama Toolie, 55, resisting arrest.

Stephen S. Vanaernam, 34, violating conditions of release, and three counts of unlawful conduct.

Charges dismissed due to plea agreement in another case

Clarence S. Hock, 29, reckless endangerment, no motor vehicle liability insurance, leaving the scene of an accident, violating conditions of release and driving with license canceled, revoked or suspended for a criminal offense.

Katrina M. Wheeler, 28, disorderly conduct. In a separate case, second-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree theft also dismissed.

Criminal Court

Christopher R. Alfano, 48, felony DUI, driving with license canceled, revoked or suspended for a criminal offense, fourth-degree misconduct involving weapons, and providing false information, Anchor Point.

Jason J. Cryer, 38, fourth-degree theft, Homer.

Javarious R. Williams, 21, domestic violence-related fifth-degree criminal mischief, Homer.

Shane D. Corbell, 26, fourth-degree criminal mischief and two counts of third-degree assault, all domestic violence-related, Homer.

Ivan I. Usoltseff, 42, driving with license canceled, revoked or suspended for a criminal offense and violating conditions of release, Anchor Point.

Ernie P. Johnson, 45, giving false information, Homer.

Stephanie M. Cozadd-Pearson, 30, violating conditions of release, Homer.

Robert E. Carroll Jr., 48, driving with license canceled, revoked or suspended for a criminal offense and violating conditions of release, Homer.

Sarah K. Kirk, 31, second-degree criminal trespass, Homer.

Dakota J. Jerauld, 29, driving under the influence, Homer.

Michael A. Reid, 51, resisting arrest, Homer.
