Ericka L. Rossart, no age listed, driving under the influence, refusal to submit to a chemical test and leaving the scene of an accident.

Arthur H. Reynolds, second-degree criminal trespass. In two separate cases, one charge each of first-degree criminal trespass also dismissed.

Ella P. Rose, 21, unauthorized use of an access devise, fraudulent use of an access device, two counts of fourth-degree theft, and two counts of second-degree theft. One charge, fraudulent use of a stolen access device, was refiled.

Jeremy B. Ackerman, 33, first-degree vehicle theft.

Jazmine R. Gomez, 28, fifth-degree criminal mischief.

Clarence S. Hock, 29, fifth-degree criminal mischief and violating conditions of release. In a separate case, charges of driving with license canceled, revoked or suspended with a previous conviction and violating conditions of release were also dismissed.

Jeremy J. Schreiner, 37, fugitive from justice.

Clarence S. Hock, 29, reckless endangerment, no motor vehicle liability insurance, leaving the scene of an accident, violating conditions of release and driving with license canceled, revoked or suspended for a criminal offense.

Katrina M. Wheeler, 28, disorderly conduct. In a separate case, second-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree theft also dismissed.
