Judgments

Jacob Shangin, 21, charge dismissed, disorderly conduct.

Carolyn A. Frey, 51, charge dismissed, furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Pete K. Daily, 64, charge dismissed, fourth-degree theft.

Jesselyn E. Perkins, charge dismissed, driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited.

Vonifanti I. Basargin, 65, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 60 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Clinton A. Bush, 40, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with nine days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

Marshall D. Parke, 38, pleaded guilty to disregarding a highway obstruction. He was fined $500.

Richard Dicarlo, 51, driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited.

Jonathan R. Cumpton, 27, violating conditions of release, two counts.

Michael D. John Jr., 27, driving under the influence.

Eric B. Benson, 53, DUI, fourth-degree misconduct involving weapons.

Jacob A. Dooley, 34, driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited.

Maude S. Halbur, 40, driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited.

Christopher T. Watson, 29, fourth-degree theft.

Dellan S. Vanbuskirk, 30, Anchor Point, driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited; Jan. 22 charges, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct; Jan. 23 charge, third-degree attempted escape.
