Judgments
Benjamin Elachik, 25, charge dismissed, driving while license revoked. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 160 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.

Steven L. Button, 56, charges dismissed, third-degree assault, three counts, all felonies; reckless endangerment. He pleaded guilty to prohibited operation of watercraft—reckless boating, endangering life or property. He was fined $2,000 with $2,000 suspended and sentenced to 300 days in jail with 280 days suspended; ordered to perform 160 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to contact his victims; and was placed on probation for two years.

Grant A. Yacobucci, 41, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless driving. He was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 40 days in jail with 35 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 30 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
Kelsey A. Quinn, 40, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 40 days in jail with 30 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded guilt to violating conditions of release and was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended.
Brianna Buchhauser, 21, pleaded guilty to minor consuming alcohol, habitual offender. She was fined $500 and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended and ordered to perform 96 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; had her driver’s license revoked for one year with six months suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.
Michael K. Clemmons, 51, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless driving. He was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 30 days; ordered not to apply for a driver’s license until receiving a medical clearance; and was placed on probation for five years.
Emma G Michael, 49, pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release. She was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.
Mary K. Fitzgerald, 53, pleaded guilty to attempted fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. She was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 300 days in jail with 280 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to forfeit all items seized; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and not possess or use any controlled substances unless prescribed by a doctor; and was placed on probation for three years.
Patrick W. Lind, 51, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.
Samuel A. Kuznetsov, 24, pleaded guilty to commercial drift net fishing in closed waters. He was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and ordered to pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund; and was placed on probation for one year.
Josiah B. Johnson, 33, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 40 days in jail with 35 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.
Tanner O. Connelly, 21, pleaded guilty to taking a calf moose. He was fined $3,000 with $2,500 suspended and sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution; ordered to forfeit moose meat and antlers; had his hunting license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for one year.
Winto J. Everette, 53, pleaded guilty to violating a domestic violence restraining order. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to contact his victim; and was placed on probation for one year.
Austin T. Winslow, 20, pleaded guilty to not having a valid operator’s license. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund. He also pleaded guilty at his arraignment to making a false report. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 40 days in jail with 35 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and placed on probation for one year.
