Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Oct. 17:

Judgments

Axel R, Bear, 18, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, and was fined $500 and sentenced to 65 days in jail with 60 days suspended and ordered to attend a batterer’s intervention program with South Peninsula Haven House.

Criminal Court

Benjamin J. Brown, 41, third-degree criminal mischief, felony indictment.

Jeremy B. Ackerman, 26, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, methamphetamines, a felony; sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Naomi W. Klouda, 52, violating conditions of release.

Hannah M. Hill, 20, first-degree burglary, three counts; second-degree theft, tampering with physical evidence, all felonies.

Harold A. Sargeant, first-degree burglary, three counts; second-degree theft, tampering with physical evidence, all felonies.

Tiffany Couch, 20, Anchor Point, operating a vehicle without a driver’s license.

Morgan G. Reed, 24, driving while license suspended.

Jodi A. Bellows, 41, second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance with intent to deliver, heroin; fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, prescription drugs; fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, methamphetamines, all felonies; fifth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, prescription drugs; sixth -degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana; driving while license suspended.

Brianna S. Mireles, 20, DWLS.

Gavril A. Konev, 26, first-degree failure to stop at the direction of a police officer, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, methamphetamines; reckless driving, DWLS, violating conditions of release.
