Unfortunately, the shelter is experiencing a ringworm outbreak. So, until further notice, and until staff can get this contagious fungal infection under control, they cannot accept any new animals. It means no members of the public in the building and no surrendered animals until further notice. It means stray cats and dogs will have to stay with those who found them while we help find their owners remotely. Please hang on to your pets — always — but especially now that the shelter’s services are extremely limited. Staff are working with their vet and other shelters to get rid of this pesky infection as quickly and efficiently as they can. Thank you for your understanding.
