Linda Johnson

Linda Dorothy Johnson passed away on October 19th, 2025 at the age of 73. She was the beloved daughter of Alden V. Johnson and Dorothy B. (King) Johnson of Waltham and Marshfield MA.
She is survived by her Aunt Edith Dungan of Chelmsford MA and many beloved cousins. Linda attended the University of Massachusetts in Amherst MA, where she earned a degree in psychology. Linda was adventurous and found great joy in traveling. She lived in and visited many places. Including: Alaska, Hawaii, Spain and the Azores. In Spain she walked the spiritual journey of the Camino three times. She was strong and lived life on her own terms. She lived life fully, vibranUy and unapologetically. Linda’s friendships meant the wor1d to her. Once the bond was made it was forever. Her dear friends were her family. She lived happily for many years in a historic house in Salisbury MA that she loved for its character and chann. Recently, she moved to Huntington MA, a more manageable single level home. Linda loved her dogs, Midnight, Timber and Hunter. They were her trusted travel companions over the years. Linda had many artistic talents. She painted, made jewelry, created exquisite stained glass and crafted beautiful pottery.
It is our hope to celebrate Linda’s life and spirit at a future date.
