Homer High School soccer team seniors recognized

Homer High School honored its senior soccer players Friday, May 15.

Homer High School honored the seniors competing on the girls and boys soccer teams during a recognition ceremony Friday, May 14, in between the games against Redington High School. Each senior was escorted on the field by family and friends, and their future goals, as well as their favorite memories with the team, were announced.

The seniors recognized on the girls team were Paige Jones, Katelyn Engebretsen, Katlyn Vogl, Harmony Davidson, Zoe Stonorov, Mya Houglum, Aiyana Cline, Laura Inama, Jessica Sonnen and Hailee Alexander.

The seniors recognized on the boys team were Eyoab Knapp, Clayton Beachy, Parker Lowney, Tanner Reid, Owen Glasman and Austin Cline.

During Senior Night, both teams won their games against Redington High School with the Lady Mariners winning 6-0 and the Mariners winning 5-1.
