Varsity volleyball secures weekend victories

Homer’s varsity volleyball team brought home solid victories this weekend in games against Seward and Redington.

Young and experienced skaters alike enjoy the ice at the Kevin Bell Arena during opening day on Saturday, Oct. 5, 2024, in Homer, Alaska. In addition to a free open skate, the arena also hosted a hockey gear swap and stick time, and a free barbecue lunch for attending community members.
