Dec. 5: Alaska State Troopers at 6:15 p.m. contacted a 44-year-old Ninilchik man at his home off Holly Street. Troopers said the man had consumed alcohol in violation of conditions of release. Troopers arrested him violating conditions of release and took him to the Homer Jail.
