Lil Bit – 10-month-old male

“Little bit had a rough go in the beginning. His owner passed away, so he was brought into the shelter. He may be small but he’s larger than life and full of fun. He loves to play with his fellow cat buddies and knows how to take it easy as well. He would make a wonderful addition to any home.”

To adopt a pet, call or stop by the animal shelter across from the Public Works Department off the Sterling Highway.

The shelter is open from noon-7 p.m. Tuesday, noon-5 p.m. Wednesday-Friday, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday-Sunday. Closed Mondays. For more information, call 235-3141.
