Smokey and Bert are 10-year-old and 7-year-old males, respectively.

These big boys are quite shy, but have hearts of gold. They just need the right environment to pull them out of their shells. When this does happen be prepared to be showered with love. They have been indoor/outdoor cats all their years. They were surrendered with their mom and another brother but these two have been adopted. These brothers have been together since they were kittens. Please consider giving these brothers the patience and freedom they so desperately need.

To adopt a pet, call or stop by the animal shelter across from the Public Works Department off the Sterling Highway. The shelter is open from noon-7 p.m. Tuesday, noon-5 p.m. Wednesday-Friday, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday-Sunday. Closed Mondays. For more information, call 235-3141.
