The Kachemak Bay Shorebird Festival Committee seeks artists to paint Alaska birds on 6-inch-by-6-inch canvases as a fundraiser for the Shorebird Conservation and Education Fund and to offset costs of bringing world class speakers to the festival. 

The canvases are free and can be picked up at the Homer Chamber of Commerce Visitor Center. Please call or email Robbi Mixon ahead of time to arrange a pick up.

The deadline for completion of the canvases is March 15. The canvases will be auctioned online and during the festival.
