One woman injured after two-vehicle crash

One woman was taken by ambulance to the hospital following a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Pioneer Avenue and Main Street on Tuesday.

Homer Police and members of the Homer Volunteer Fire Department responded to the accident around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon. A black pickup truck collided with the front right side of a navy blue Subaru. Traffic was still able to continue through the intersection.

A woman, the driver of the Subaru, was taken from the scene by medics and the pickup was driven from the intersection by 5 p.m.
