Homer Police

Nov. 18

Homer Police got a request for a welfare check at midnight. Officers responded and as a result, arrested a 31-year-old Homer resident for fourth-degree felony misconduct involving a controlled substance. The person was remanded to the Homer Jail.

Nov. 21

Homer Police responded to a home at 1:44 a.m. for a report of a disturbance. The arrested a 48-year-old Homer man for second-degree domestic-violence related assault, third-degree domestic violence-related assault, fourth-degree domestic violence-related assault, second-degree misconduct involving weapons, and fourth-degree misconduct involving weapons. The man was remanded to the Homer Jail.
