Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Feb. 1:
Judgments
William R. Dalton, 35, charge dismissed for lack of probable cause, hindering prosecution.
Jacob E. Cook, 36, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
Criminal Court
Duncan G. Hall, 16, driving in violation of instructional permit.
Ashley S. Norcross, 19, permitting an unauthorized person to drive.
Cynthia Pickel, 54, failure to appear in court.
Stephen R. Bernhardt, 52, driving under the influence, driving in violation of limitations.
Matthew F. Gallien, 51, third-degree assault, felony indictment.
Paul S.S. Jorgensen, 25, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.
Jeremy D. Watson, 33, third-degree theft.
Civil Court
In the matter of Haylee Renee Ponte, change of name for a juvenile to Danielle Renee Ponte.
Sara Brooks v. Cicely S. Byerly, temporary restraining order granted.
Small Claims
Merchants Credit Corp v. Ellen Ophelan, debt.
Merchants Credit Corp v. Daniel Reyes, debt.
John W. Johnson v. Kerby Mitchell, debt.
