Cristina Jane Kilcher, 41, charge dismissed, unlawful methods — take game by helicopter.

Lorelie M. Reece, 22, charge dismissed, criminal mischief.

Winto J. Everette, 57, pleaded not guilty to fourth-degree theft and was found guilty by a jury. He was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $10 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay $211.98 in restitution and not go to the Safeway liquor store; and was placed on probation for one year.

Maranda L. Moore, 33, Ninilchik, first-degree unlawful contact, violating conditions of release.

Gerald J. Catterfeld, 57, driving under the influence.
