Alaska State Troopers at 12:30 p.m. went to a report of a burglary near Anchor Point. The owner of a mobile home reported his home had been broken into and items stolen. Following an investigation, troopers charged a 52-year-old Homer man with first-degree burglary, third-degree theft and fourth-degree criminal mischief for taking the tools. The man was arrested and taken to the Homer Jail.
