The Residential Real Estate Council has awarded Brenda Hays of Wavefront Realty its Certified Residential Specialist designation, according to a press release from Hays.

To receive the CRS designation, Hays completed professional training and showed professional achievment in residential real estate.

“CRS designees subscribe to the strict Realtor code of ethics, have been trained to use the latest tactics and technologies, and are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home,” Hays said in the release.

Hays is an associate broker with Wavefront Realty and president-elect of the Kachemak Bay Board of Realtors.
