Nov. 20

A caller at 6:36 p.m. reported that a man drove his car off the road and into their yard on Tamara Street.

A caller at 9:27 p.m. reported a temporary restraining order violation on Kachemak Way. An officer responded to the location and arrested a 31-year-old man for violating a temporary restraining order.

A caller at 9:43 p.m. reported a man destroying property on Ben Walters Lane. Officers responded to the location and found the report was unfounded.

Officers at 10:11 p.m. arrested a 48-year-old man for driving without a license and no vehicle insurance at Heath Street and Pioneer Avenue. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Nov. 21

A caller at 6:22 a.m. reported a man sleeping in the entry way of a closed business on the Homer Bypass. An officer responded to the location and provided the man transportation to another location.

A caller at 7:50 a.m. reported someone possibly camping in restrooms at Pioneer Avenue and Heath Street. An officer went to the scene and arrested a 35-year-old man for violating conditions of release.

A caller at 11:07 a.m. reported two German shepherds at large at Mattox Road and East End Road. The animal control office was notified and responded.

An agency at 11:22 a.m. reported vehicles parked in the street on West Danview, hindering snow removal. An officer responded to the scene, contacted the registered owners and advised them to move the vehicles.

A caller at 12:35 p.m. reported being followed at Mile .5 Spit Road by a person that needed to be served a restraining order. An officer responded to the scene but was unable to locate the people.

A caller at 1:25 p.m. reported an ongoing issue with neighbors on Ben Walters Lane. The caller requested a welfare check on a woman. An officer responded to the scene and arrested a 24-year-old man for domestic violence-related second-degree assault and two counts of domestic violence-related fourth-degree assault. He was taken to the Homer Jail.

A caller at 2:44 p.m. reported a woman trespassing on property on the Homer Bypass. An officer went to the scene and arrested the 24-year-old woman for trespassing. She was taken to the Homer Jail.

A caller at 4:05 p.m. made a Report Every Drunk Driver Immediately (REDDI) report about a vehicle outbound from the Homer Spit at Ocean Drive and Lake Street. An officer contacted the driver, and a 52-year-old woman was arrested for driving under the influence and refusing a chemical test. She was taken to the Homer Jail and the vehicle was impounded.

An officer at 9:42 p.m. made a security check on public bathrooms at Pioneer Avenue and Bartlett Street. A man was found inside and taken to South Peninsula Hospital.

A caller at 10:51 p.m. made a REDDI report about a possibly intoxicated driver at Green Timbers Road and the Sterling Highway. Officers went to the location and detected no impairment. Officers also assisted with traffic control.

A caller at 3:11 p.m. reported a man trespassing on Ben Walters Lane. Officers went to the scene and found the report was unfounded.

A caller at 7:14 p.m. reported a disturbance in a public restroom at East Pioneer Avenue and Heath Street. An officer went to the scene.

Nov. 23

A caller at 6:53 p.m. reported a possible suicide attempt on Ben Walters Lane. An officer responded to the scene.

An officer at 7:01 p.m. gave a driver a warning for driving under the influence at Mile 1 East End Road. The driver walked from the scene.

Nov. 24

A local buisiness at 11:43 a.m. reported a shoplifter in custody on Lake Street. A 35-year-old man was charged with fourth-degree theft.

A caller at 3:50 p.m. reported a mattress in the roadway at Mile 171 Sterling Highway.

An officer at 10:04 p.m. gave a driver a citation for driving without license or registration at East Pioneer Avenue and Lake Street.

Nov. 25

An officer at 12:06 a.m. served a domestic violence protective order on a person at an Ocean Drive Loop address.

A caller at 8:15 p.m. reported a man having suicidal ideations on East End Road. An officer went to the scene, and the man was taken to a medical facility.

Nov. 26

Officers at 2:10 a.m. assisted a medical facility with a housing protective custody subject at a Bartlett Street address.

A 32-year-old man at 2:29 a.m. was arrested for driving under the influence on Kachemak Drive, and was also cahrged with three counts of misconduct involving weapons.

Officers at 10:48 a.m. served a temporary restraining order to a man on Horizon Court.

Officers at 8:16 p.m. assisted the Homer Volunteer Fire Department on Shelley Avenue.

A driver at 11:46 p.m. was given a citation for driving without license or registration at East End Road and Fairview Avenue.

Nov. 27

A caller at 12:06 a.m. reported two homeless men trespassing on East Pioneer Avenue. An officer went to the location but the people were gone upon arrival.

A caller at 1:13 a.m. reported a suspecious man at East End Road and Fairview Avenue. Officers responded to the location and arrested the 32-year-old man for second-degree burglary, fourth-degree theft and resisting arrest. He was taken to the Homer Jail.

A caller at 6:22 p.m. requested a patrol by a building and neighborhood on Ben Walters Lane due to lurking individuals.

Nov. 28

Officers at 12:53 a.m. assisted the fire department on Shelford Street.

Troopers

Nov. 21

Alaska State Troopers at 12:31 a.m. responded to an address near Mile 132 of the Sterling Highway for a death. An investigation showed a 63-year-old Ninilchik woman had died from natural causes. The woman’s next of kin were on scene at the time of her death.

Nov. 22

Alaska State Troopers at about 10 a.m. arrested at 36-year-old Port Graham man on several counts of assault. He was arrested after an investigation showed he had assaulted his girlfriend on Nov. 17 at their residence. He was arrested and transported to the Homer Jail where further investigation showed he had an extraditable warrant for his arrest out of Washington State. He was remanded on several assault charges and being a fugitive from justice. He was held without bail.

Tye L. Gramm, 24, second-degree assault and two counts of fourth-degree assault, all domestic violence-related.

Rheanna R. Tussey, 24, second-degree criminal trespass.

Albert M. Peterson, 65, domestic violence-related fourth-degree assault.

Elisha A. Dickerson, 53, domestic violence-related fourth-degree assault.

Caitlyn Rowe, 33, two counts of domestic violence-related fourth-degree assault, and interfering with the report of a domestic violence crime.

Jon E. Sircy, 32, driving under the influence, two counts of fourth-degree misconduct involving weapons, and a count of fifth-degree misconduct involving weapons.

Christopher D. Stroh, 32, second-degree burglary, fourth-degree theft and resisting arrest.

Bronson J. Butler, 35, fourth-degree theft.
