Firefighters and emergency medical technicians went to nine medical calls and two fire calls.

Homer Volunteer Fire Department

Oct. 12-19

Firefighters and emergency medical technicians went to 10 medical calls and one fire call.

Homer Police

Oct. 13

Homer Police arrested a 40-year-old Soldotna man at 3:29 a.m. on a $200 Soldotna Alaska State Troopers warrant for failing to appear in court. He was taken to the Homer Jail.

Homer Police charged a 30-year-old Homer man with fifth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance at 9:48 p.m.

Rocky L. Berg, 30, fifth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, Homer.

Patrick T. Matushak, 23, driving under the influence, Homer.

Max J. Brinster, 26, driving under the influence, Homer.

Guy H. Carlson, 64, domestic violence-related fourth-degree assault.

Justin F. Shuffield, 38, domestic violence-related third-degree assault, domestic violence-related fourth-degree assault, two counts of diving under the influence, and driving with license canceled, revoked or suspended with a previous conviction, Homer.

Promise Chipps, 23, making a false report and violating conditions of release, Anchor Point.

Scott D. Williams, 41, violating conditions of release, Homer.

Orion S. Hannon, 21, driving under the influence, driving with license canceled, revoked or suspended with a previous conviction and no motor vehicle liability insurance, Nikolaevsk.
