Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through July 8:

Judgments

Heather C. Platter, 31, pleaded guilty to medical assistance fraud. She was fined $1,500 and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 45 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution; ordered not to work as a personal care assistant or have any other relationship with Medicaid; and was placed on probation for three years.

Jeffrey F. Larson, 32, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and fourth-degree assault. He was found guilty on all three charges by a jury. He was sentenced to 260 days in jail with 190 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and report to The Center for mental health screening and evaluation; and was placed on probation for two years.

Derek Dour, 22, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 20 days in jail with 15 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended.

Steven McSpadden, 51, driving under the influence, felony indictment.

Michael A. Delpriore Jr., 32, second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, two counts, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, three counts, felony indictment.

Regina A. Johnson, 30, second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, two counts, felony indictment.

Cora Moonin, 24, second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, two counts, second-degree misconduct involving weapons, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, seven counts, felony indictment.

Jeremy D. Watson, 33, second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, two counts, second-degree misconduct involving weapons, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, eight counts, felony indictment.

Steven P. Saunders, 44, Homer, driving while license revoked, avoiding an ignition interlock device, improper use of plates.

John H. Taylor, 20, Soldotna, driving while license revoked.

Kallie Shae Bass, 21, driving under the influence.

Keith J. Ferguson, 25, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Shelly A. McBride, 36, DUI, first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, two counts.

Fedor S. Gostevskyh, 35, third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, disorderly conduct.

Deonisy I. Konev, 52, DUI.

David L. Ciptak, 46, driving while license suspended.

Zachary A. McKenna, 15, driving without a valid operator’s license, minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol.

Maria C. Fourier, 24, DUI.

Michael G. Barrett, 50, DUI, fourth-degree misconduct involving weapons.

Robert W. Lockard, 38, failure to appear in court.

Maxim Gostevskyh, 33, Anchor Point disorderly conduct.

Nikita F. Konovalov, 23, violating a protective order.

Sarah M. Appelhanz, 25, DUI.

Jeremy B. Hawk, 41, third-degree assault, two counts, a felony, one domestic violence related.

Anthony A. Hays, 60, second-degree assault, domestic violence.

Scott L. Hashemain, 28, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Zachary R. Willer, 26, first-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, two counts, all felonies; resisting arrest.

Alen T. Blatchford, 66, first-degree arson, a felony, failure to report or control a dangerous fire.

Jacob T. Watson, 47, motor vehicle liability insurance required.
