Stephen Lind, DUI.

Michael Anthony Chaddock, 25, disorderly conduct.

George B. Frazier, 55, no motor vehicle liability insurance.

Pamela S. Capps, 42, more than one personal-use permit per household

Wayland G. Branstetter, 47, driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited.

Nick Lewis Nelson, 50, felony DUI, driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited.

Ross A. Poindexter, 26, fourth-degree assault, two counts, domestic violence, Aug. 4 charges; unlawful contact, two counts, Aug. 6 charges.

Richard F. Wollenberg, 68, knowingly making a false statement on a fish and game application, two counts; nonresident hunting or trapping without a license or big-game tag; falsifying permit or report.

Patrick B. Jensen, 29, Cordova, second-degree burglary, second-degree theft, both felonies.

Todd D. Ostler, 25, DUI.

Michael S. Myhran, 57, DUI, driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited.

James L. Wiseman, 55, driving without a valid operator’s license.

Steavin R. Martin, second-degree terroristic threatening, a felony; fifth-degree criminal mischief.

Terry G. Berndt, 52, DUI.

Sarah K. Kirk, 26, felony DUI, driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited, driving in violation of license limitation.

John S. Patrick, 45, DUI.

Daniel G. Lavoie, 50, DUI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, driving while license canelled, suspended, revoked or limited.

Civil Court
