The Colony girls and boys swimming and diving teams swept the Wasilla Invitational on Saturday in Wasilla.

The Knights girls scored 118 points, while runner-up Palmer had 92. From the Kenai Peninsula, Kenai was third, Soldotna was fourth and Homer was sixth.

The Colony boys had 97 points, while the Kardinals were second with 64. Soldotna was third and Homer was sixth.

Lyman McBride had a hand in winning three events for the Kardinals.

McBride took the 200-yard individual medley in 2 minutes, 16.33 seconds, and the 100 freestyle in 53.13.

McBride also teamed with Jacob Merritt, Bennett Martin and Vincent Moore to win the 200 freestyle relay in 1:39.73.

For Soldotna, Michael Davidson took the 100 backstroke in 59.85.

The Stars boys 400 freestyle relay of Noah Johnson, Hunter Chase, Zander Wold and David Wheeler also won at 4:23.11.
