Judgments

Richard Nadeau, 55, charge dismissed, fourth-degree assault. He pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Troy B. Huber, 59, Wasilla, pleaded no contest to reckless driving. He was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 50 days in jail with 50 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 30 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Michael P. Slater, 46, Eagle River, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Criminal Court

Elizabeth R. Hillman, 52, third-degree theft, May 28 charge; second-degree theft, June 5 charge; third-degree theft, tampering with public records, June 9 charge.

Noah J. Duncan, 16, driving under the influence; minor under age consuming alcohol (non-criminal offense).

Karen D. Shearer, 30, fourth-degree theft, attempted tampering with physical evidence.

Brian K. Covington, 48, second-degree failure to stop at the direction of a police officer.

Brittaney L. Griffin, 21, driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited.
