Vivian Irena Feflov was born at 9:13 p.m. on Oct. 1, 2018 at South Peninsula Hospital to Vanessa and Alex Fefelov of Homer. She weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces. Her grandparents are Tom Winne of Homer, Rebecca Shipley of Hawi, Hawaii, Dennis Hill of St. George, Utah, and Teresa and Pete Fefelov of Homer. She is welcomed by older sister Alina Fefelov, and brothers Julian and Max Fefelov.
