Ashley R. Dour, 25, charge dismissed, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.
Joseph L. Peebles, 30, charges dismissed, fourth-degree assault, violating conditions of release.
Dale D. Vaughan, 50, no true bill (charge dismissed), felony driving under the influence, grand jury investigation.
Travis H. Smith, 29, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of no motor vehicle insurance. He was fined $500 suspended and ordered to pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund.
Lee J. Henry, 51, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 jail surcharge.
Travis W. Hines, 26, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.
David L. Guetschow, 68, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with five days suspended and ordered to perform 32 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.
Christopher Derr, 22, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.
Jeffrey F. Larsen, 31, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, fourth-degree assault.
Dale D. Vaughan, 50, driving while license revoked, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.
Thomas M. Nolcini, 53, driving while license canceled, suspended, revoked or limited.
Trevor K. Latimer, 45, second-degree theft; first-degree vehicle theft, two counts; third-degree misconduct involving weapons, all felonies; failure to register as a sex offender.
Heather M. Connor, 29, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.
Patrick J. Delumeau, 20, Anchor Point, fourth-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief, interfering with a report of domestic violence.
Joseph A. Kent, 57, Anchor Point, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.
