Police at 9:40 p.m. contacted a 27-year-old man driving on the Sterling Highway and arrested him for driving while license cancelled and fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, heroin.

Police at 6:42 p.m. assisted the adult probation office and arrested a 38-year-old man on a petition to revoke probation.
A caller at 7:55 p.m. reported a drunk man stumbling down Main Street. Police contacted the man.
A person at 8:56 p.m. made a 911 call reporting two riders on ATVs driving on city streets on Spruceview Avenue.
Police at 11:17 p.m. contacted a 20-year-old man driving on Pioneer Avenue and issued him a summons for minor consuming alcohol and minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol and warned him for driving with a suspended license.
A caller at 3:20 p.m. reported hearing gunshots in the Kestrel Circle area. Police responded.
A caller at 6:45 p.m. reported a person driving an ATV on the storm berm on the Homer Spit. Police responded but could not find the suspect.
