Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Oct. 29:

Judgments

Daniel L. Martin, 36, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree theft. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 45 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for two years.

Criminal Court

Julie M. Fowler, 44, third-degree theft.

Mark A. Martusheff, 37, third-degree assault, domestic violence, a felony; fourth-degree assault.

Matthew D. Stillman, 39, driving without a valid license, no motor vehicle liability insurance, resisting arrest.

Heather R. Reichenberg, 37, driving under the influence, refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Dominick I. Hurn, 19, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence; resisting arrest, minor consuming alcohol.

Steven D. Stewart, 55, driving while license cancelled, driving in violation of license limitation.

Christopher Ball, 62, DUI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, fourth-degree misconduct involving weapons.

Dean R. Jackson, 47, application of regulations, unlawful transportation of game.

Jesse L. Sherwood, 38, unlawful taking of big game, same day hunting while airborne.

Bailey M. Crocker, 29, violating conditions of release.

Willie F. Hamilton, 56, second-degree criminal trespassing.

Aloyisius J. Pikonganna-Wright, 24, driving without a valid operator’s license.

Gerald Haughey, 59, sport fishing guide registration, four counts.

Arik J. Smith, 20, DUI, first-degre harassment, minor operating a vehicle after consuming, minor consuming alcohol.

Nikolai N. Yakunin, 40, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, two counts.

Tiffani Couch v. Samuel D. Neace, divorce.

Anatoli Martishev and David Martishev v. Corvus Airlines, ERA Alaska and HoTh Inc., personal injury.

Amanda M. Eben v. Caleb L. Jones, divorce.
