Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through May 12:



Michael G. Martines, 64, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to violating conditions of release. A charge of fourth-degree theft was dismissed. He was sentenced to 95 days in jail with 85 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution; and was placed on probation for one year.

Criminal Court

Nicholas P. Guarnere, 32, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, morphine, felony indictment.

Eric L. Gordon, 44, third-degree assault, three counts; second-degree assault, all domestic-violence related, felony indictment.

Veniamin P. Basargin, 36, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Trevor C. Kearney, 45, Anchor Point, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Jonathan D. Mahoney, 20, driving without a valid operator’s license.

Sharlene M. Crumley, 42, driving under the influence.

William D. Tillion Jr., 42, Anchorage, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, heroin, a felony.

Kevin P. McCarthy, 31, DUI.

Michael G. Martines, 64, third-degree assault, a felony.

Cory W. Johnson, 20, DUI, minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol.

Ashley A. Troyer, 42, fourth-degree theft.

Clarence S. Hock, 22, Anchorage, driving while license suspended.

Civil Court

Britni Dixon v. Seth Gamble, petition for custody.

Eddie Escalera v. Tex Doellefeld, temporary restraining order granted.

Anatoly Martushev et al. v. State of Alaska Department of Health and Social Services, other civil complaint.

Mathew Verbitsky v. Theresa Woodard, other civil complaint.

Chris Graupe v. Shelly Rainwater, other civil action.

Amber Coila v. Ka Mulky, temporary restraining order granted.
