Ella C. Newsom, 54, charge dismissed, fourth-degree assault.

Elaine D. Large, 44, charge dismissed, fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Johnathon C. Wilkinson, 24, charges dismissed, disorderly conduct, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He pleaded guilty to failure to appear in court and was sentenced to 40 days in jail with five days dismissed; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to forfeit items seized; and was placed on probation for one year.
Richard M. Price, 65, pleaded guilty to two separate charges of driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 360 days in jail with 330 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for five years. He also pleaded guilty to two separate charges of driving while license revoked. He was fined $2,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 300 days in jail with 170 days suspended, and had his driver’s license revoked for 180 days. He also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.
Nikita S. Serebrekoff, 22, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless endangerment. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to provide a DNA sample on request; and was placed on probation for one year.
Avraamy D. Reutov, 23, pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended and was placed on probation for one year.
Kaye Witherspoon, 59, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless driving. She was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had her driver’s license revoked for 30 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
Alexey E. Basargin, 35, pleaded guilty to refusal to submit to a breath test. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 57 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 60 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to forfeit items seized; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.
John D. McCombs, 61, pleaded guilty to taking a sub-legal moose. He was fined $300; ordered to pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund and ordered to forfeit moose meat and antlers.
Richard Ferguson, 52, Ninillchik, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
Don J. Holten, 45, pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal trespass. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 40 days in jail with 35 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to contact his victim; and was placed on probation for one year.
Deborah A. Thomas, 53, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft. Imposition of sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for one year subject to the conditions that she pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund; perform 40 hours of community work service; and not go the Ulmer’s Hardware Store.
