Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Nov. 28:

Judgments

Nicholas J. Scavnicky, 35, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 50 days in jail with 47 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Tina M. Provost, 33, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree theft. She was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 50 days in jail with 45 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution; ordered not to be at Ulmer’s Drug and Hardware; and was placed on probation for two years.

Criminal Court

Kennith J. Upton, 27, Eagle River, third-degree theft, second-degree criminal trespass, Nov. 17 charge; second-degree criminal trespass, Nov. 21 charge.

Sabrina D. Berryman, 38, driving under the influence.

Timothy Johnson, 55, Ninilchik, driving while license revoked.
