Eleanor Rose Walker was born at 11:26 a.m. on Jan. 1, 2021 at South Peninsula Hospital to Tori and Robert Walker of Homer. She was the first baby born in Homer in the New Year. She weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces. Her grandparents are Jennifer and Vernon Bashor of Wasilla, and Rose and Mike Walker of Wasilla.
