Homer writer Tom Kizzia’s new nonfiction book about the Papa Pilgrim family, “Pilgrim’s Wilderness,” has made the New York Times hardcover nonfiction list. For the Aug. 11 issue, it is listed at number 17, reflecting sales through July 27. It also is listed at number 9 on the Pacific Northwest Booksellers Association list based on reports from northwest independent booksellers.
