Pet of the Week

Sarah is an 8-year-old female. Sarah is the shelter’s longest resident, and the staff really can’t figure out why. She has come out of her shell and is very affectionate. She’s a loner who likes her space, but when she’s in the mood for some lovin’ she lets you know. She is a stunning cat who needs a quiet, loving home.

To adopt a pet, call or stop by the animal shelter across from the Public Works Department off the Sterling Highway.

The shelter is open from noon-7 p.m. Tuesday, noon-5 p.m. Wednesday-Friday, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday-Sunday. Closed Mondays. For more information, call 235-3141.
