Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Sept. 28: 

Judgments

Colby J. Altman, 22, charges dismissed, driving in violation of an instructional permit, second-degree criminal trespassing. He pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 70 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to forfeit items seized; ordered not to have contact with his victims or be at Safeway; and was placed on probation for three years.

Zachar W. Nye, 35, charge dismissed, driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 150 days in jail with 130 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.

Brian R. Anderson, 26, charge dismissed, unlawful transportation of game. He pleaded guilty to application of regulations. He was fined $3,000 with $2,000 suspended and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund. He was ordered to forfeit moose meat and antlers; had his hunting license revoked until Sept. 15, 2016, and was placed on probation for one year.

Steven J. Squires, 25, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 15 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to not go to McDonald’s Restaurant in Homer; and was placed on probation for one year.

Nikolai N. Yakunin, 40, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Thomas James, 68, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Dale D. Vaughn, 51, felony DUI, driving without a valid driver’s license.

Brett M. Wise, 28, driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited; no motor vehicle liability insurance.

Lauren A. Wolford, 27, furnishing alcohol to a person under 21.

Maranda L. Moore, 33, first-degree assault, tampering with physical evidence, both felonies; fourth-degree assault; fourth-degree criminal mischief.
