The horrors persist, but so do we — and so will the many, many spooky events returning soon or taking place for the first time in just a couple more weeks. Halloween approaches, as do the harvest parties and costumes and trick-or-treats and whatnot happening in Homer, Anchor Point and across the peninsula. You can’t outrun the creepy fun, but you can distract yourself with other things going on this week. For details, check out these Best Bets.
